Three Days of Peace Activism Regional Campaign

National Centre for Culture and Arts (NCCA)/King Hussein Foundation – Y-PEER International Center for Youth Development (ICYD) in Amman Jordan in cooperation with UNFPA ASRO is organizing 3 Days Peace Activism Regional Campaign. The main aim of the campaign is to promote the culture of peace through advocating for gender equality and reducing GBV by mobilizing and engaging Y-PEER members as well as other young people in producing peace-building activities such as mass media products and leading outreach activities on the ground throughout the campaign with a focus on the three implementing days.

The campaign persists of three days- 11th -13th July, whereby each day focuses on a topic. Topics of the days are UN 2250 Resolution on Youth Peace and Security, GBV in Conflict Zones, and Gender Equality as a Foundation for Peaceful Societies.

Y-PEER PETRI Sofia supports the campaign in Eastern Europe Central Asia Region and works for peace with young people’s engagement in the first day of the Campaign on World Population Day.
