PETRI-Sofia and the International Foundation for Y-PEER Development (IFYD) participated in the event “Career with a Cause: Health without Pause”, an expo of civil society organizations which took place in Sofia Tech Park, Bulgaria, on the 10th of November 2018. It is an annual one-day event which provides NGOs with a platform for presenting their work and promote their causes, for networking and finding partners, supporters, volunteers, new staff members. This year’s edition of the event was also connected with the topic of health and healthy lifestyle.

PETRI-Sofia and IFYD had a booth at the event and gave out materials and information about sexual and reproductive health and rights for young people. The team was able to approach many young people in order to show them the importance of Comprehensive Sexuality Education. The visitors enjoyed the quiz with questions related to sexual and reproductive health prepared by the team, with small awards for correct answers. This event was also a great opportunity to connect with other NGOs and discuss future partnerships.
